Terms and Conditions of Sale & Appointments

Purchasing & Booking Process: Any steps taken from choosing services to appointment confirmation or checkout form part of the purchasing process. By completing checkout, you commit to pay the agreed-upon price, applicable taxes, and any stated fees.

Prices & SMS Disclosures: All prices are displayed before booking or order submission. As always, standard message and data rates may apply for text messages sent to you from us (such as appointment reminders) and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Methods of Payment: Accepted payment methods are processed through third-party merchant and scheduling services. The Website does not store raw payment card data; payments are handled directly by PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Intellectual Property Rights

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Smith County, Texas.
